When using DatavaNGuards services you agree to adhere to the following user rules to ensure a safe and productive environment.

• Do not upload or distribute malware, unsolicited advertising, or copyrighted material you do not own.
• Report observed vulnerabilities or policy violations to DatavaNGuards promptly and responsibly.

User Content refers to materials you submit, upload, or share via DatavaNGuards services, including course assignments, feedback, and forum posts.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit, subject to the license you grant DatavaNGuards to provide the services.

By submitting content you grant DatavaNGuards a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content as necessary to deliver services, improve offerings, and provide customer support.

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content. DatavaNGuards may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

If you wish to request removal of your content, contact support with details. We will evaluate and remove content when appropriate and consistent with contractual and legal obligations.

All training materials, course content, branding, and proprietary methodologies provided by DatavaNGuards remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce course materials for resale or distribution without written permission from DatavaNGuards.
• You may use materials for internal training within your organization under the license terms provided at purchase.
• Attribution is required when quoting or summarizing DatavaNGuards content in public materials.

Paid services include instructor-led training, custom workshops, subscription-based resources, and consulting services offered by DatavaNGuards.

Prices for paid services are displayed on DatavaNGuards.info or provided in written quotes. Fees may vary based on scope, number of participants, or customization.

Payments are accepted via invoicing or online payment methods indicated at checkout. Full payment terms are specified in the purchase agreement or invoice.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. You are responsible for timely cancellation if you do not wish to renew.

Refunds for paid services are handled case-by-case. If you are unsatisfied, contact DatavaNGuards to discuss options; we will consider refunds or credits based on the service and usage.

Cancellation policies vary by offering. For scheduled training, cancellations within a specified window may incur fees; check the event terms at booking.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or levies related to purchases, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.

DatavaNGuards may adjust pricing for future purchases. Existing confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

Non-payment may result in suspension of services, access restrictions, or legal collection actions if invoices remain overdue.

DatavaNGuards provides educational content and advisory services intended to improve digital safety practices. While our materials are developed by experienced practitioners, outcomes depend on user implementation and changing threat landscapes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DatavaNGuards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools and platforms. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies; DatavaNGuards is not responsible for third-party practices or performance.

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the contract terms. DatavaNGuards may terminate or suspend access for breaches of these Terms or for security concerns.

Upon termination, access to paid resources will end and outstanding fees remain due. We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
